Working with you
So, what could we work on if you were to work with me? Here is a sampling of topics we could work on, depending on what’s up for you:
- Having those new year’s resolutions stick
- Being confident and ready for that big presentation at work
- Discovering what kind of work you want to be doing
- Romantic relationships: what you want, how to get it
- Getting rid of the fear and discomfort of speaking to groups
- How to communicate more effectively with colleagues, family, and lovers
- Why it feels like life will never quite work out for you
- Life feels crazy right now, and I need some help making sense of it
What we work on can be very specific, or it can start as very general. The above list are just examples, the range of topics is nearly infinite.
How we work together can also vary, depending on what’s up for you. I have no minimum commitment of time or sessions. If you want to come in and have a single session with me, that is completely welcome. I enjoy meeting someone new and diving in to discover their world.
You may also want to see me regularly over a period of time to explore and shift some issue or issues in your life. How that look can vary:
- Short Term, Very Specific - Perhaps you have a business offsite coming up, and you want to be sure you’re in top form for that meeting. We can have 1 to 3 sessions where we focus on that, and make sure you have everything you need to thrive in that meeting.
- Medium Term, Exploring an Issue - Let’s say you have a particular topic you want to explore in your life, such as romantic relationships, or wanting to step up to the next level in your job or career. This exploration would be a combination of the beliefs you have about yourself and the world, and concrete changes to make in your life to have what you want. This may involve weekly sessions for 3 to 6 months.
- Long Term, Ongoing Support and Fine Tuning - Top athletes and business people have coaches who support them and offer their expertise for extended periods, allowing them to achieve and accomplish what they otherwise would not be able to. This ongoing support could focus on one area (such as career), or I could be a dedicated support structure for you, helping you to have all you want in all areas of life. This could look like meeting regularly (from once a week to once a month) for a year or more.
